Tue., 8/13/13, Back and Calves/ Diet

I got an excellent workout in this morning. The pump was great. It was pretty basic: machine calf raise; seated calf raise; pull downs; T-bar rows; V-pull down; rows.

meal 1: egg whites; sweet potato; banana
meal 2: chicken
(post workout) whey protein; sweet potato; apple
meal 3: chicken; oatmeal
meal 4: chicken; oatmeal
meal 5: chicken; brown rice; black beans; banana
meal 6: chicken; oatmeal; 2 eggs
meal 7: whey protein
