The status update: standing at 168 1/2 lb.; feeling very confidant with how I look; working on the glutes as they are the last to come; maintaining strength; waist is very small; limiting protein powder to 1 scoop before training and 1 1/2 scoop after training; lots of chicken, lots of sweet potato, lots of oatmeal, lots of broccoli; working on besting my stage performance, particularly the quarter turns.
