Today was another high-volume-lower-intensity depletion workout. It was good- hard, but good. Here's what it looked like:
4 sets of wide pulldowns
3sets of T-bar rows
3 sets of V- pulldowns
3 sets seated rows
3 sets barbell rows
4sets of pushdown
3 sets seated rope extension
2 set lying 45 degree extension
2 sets seated 1 arm extesnion
